tandis que les pi\u00e8ces de contact en bronze phosphoreux adopt\u00e9es par MORDIO ne pr\u00e9sentent qu'une l\u00e9g\u00e8re usure, aucune d\u00e9formation \u00e9vidente, et la force d'embo\u00eetement et de d\u00e9bo\u00eetement reste stable au cours du processus d'essai, ce qui n'est pas facile \u00e0 bloquer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2 R\u00e9sultats des essais de r\u00e9sistance de contact<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant le test, les valeurs de r\u00e9sistance de contact des trois mat\u00e9riaux sont relativement proches ; apr\u00e8s 10 000 cycles de branchement et de d\u00e9branchement, la r\u00e9sistance de contact du laiton commun augmente de 85%, celle du cuivre ordinaire de 110%, tandis que la r\u00e9sistance de contact du bronze phosphoreux adopt\u00e9 par MORDIO n'augmente que de 20%, ce qui est nettement inf\u00e9rieur aux deux autres mat\u00e9riaux, assurant ainsi une transmission stable du courant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3 R\u00e9sultats des essais de stabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s 72 heures de test \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, la surface du laiton ordinaire et du cuivre ordinaire pr\u00e9sente une d\u00e9coloration d'oxydation \u00e9vidente, et la performance de contact diminue consid\u00e9rablement ; les pi\u00e8ces de contact en bronze phosphoreux ne pr\u00e9sentent pas d'oxydation \u00e9vidente, et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques et \u00e9lectriques restent stables, ce qui permet de mieux s'adapter \u00e0 l'utilisation \u00e0 long terme de diff\u00e9rentes temp\u00e9ratures ambiantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conclusion et avantages de MORDIOLes r\u00e9sultats exp\u00e9rimentaux montrent que, compar\u00e9 au laiton et au cuivre ordinaires, le bronze phosphoreux pr\u00e9sente une duret\u00e9 m\u00e9canique, une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure, une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'oxydation et une stabilit\u00e9 de contact sup\u00e9rieures, ce qui permet d'am\u00e9liorer efficacement la dur\u00e9e de vie et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des prises murales traditionnelles. C'est le mat\u00e9riau de contact le plus appropri\u00e9 pour les prises murales traditionnelles.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est particuli\u00e8rement important que toutes les pi\u00e8ces de contact des prises murales produites par MORDIO Electrical soient fabriqu\u00e9es en bronze phosphoreux de haute qualit\u00e9.
