Materiales y calidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cuando un cliente visita nuestra f\u00e1brica y coge un interruptor por primera vez, normalmente puede distinguir la diferencia entre una unidad de gama alta y una econ\u00f3mica s\u00f3lo por el tacto. El peso, el chasquido del balanc\u00edn, el acabado del borde de la placa frontal... todo ello se debe a los materiales utilizados en el interior, donde nadie mira.<\/p>\n<p>Conocer los componentes de un interruptor de pared le ayudar\u00e1 a evaluar la calidad del producto sin depender exclusivamente de las afirmaciones de la marca.<\/p>\n<h2>Materiales de la carcasa: PC vs ABS vs Metal<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Policarbonato (PC):<\/strong> Es el est\u00e1ndar del sector para interruptores de alta calidad. El PC soporta temperaturas de hasta 125 \u00b0C, deja de arder r\u00e1pidamente en caso de cortocircuito (clasificaci\u00f3n UL 94 V-0) y resiste el amarilleamiento con el paso del tiempo. La mayor\u00eda de nuestros <a href=\"https:\/\/mordio.com\/es\/categoria-producto\/toma-de-corriente-estandar-europea\/\">Norma europea<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/mordio.com\/es\/categoria-producto\/toma-de-corriente-estandar-britanica\/\">Norma brit\u00e1nica<\/a> interruptores utilizan PC.<\/li>\n<li><strong>ABS:<\/strong> M\u00e1s barato que el PC, y se nota. El ABS es resistente a los golpes, pero se degrada con los rayos UV y tolera peor el calor. Es habitual en gamas econ\u00f3micas en las que el precio es el principal argumento de venta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Acero inoxidable:<\/strong> Se utiliza para placas frontales en trabajos comerciales o residenciales de alto nivel. Resistentes a la corrosi\u00f3n y duraderas. Nuestra serie S5.1 es un buen ejemplo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cristal templado:<\/strong> Se est\u00e1 popularizando en interruptores decorativos: las series T2 y U2 lo utilizan. Tiene un aspecto moderno, pero cuesta m\u00e1s y requiere un manejo cuidadoso durante la instalaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Contactos y conductores: donde realmente reside la calidad<\/h2>\n<p>Los contactos internos son la parte m\u00e1s cr\u00edtica de cualquier interruptor. Conducen la corriente y soportan el desgaste mec\u00e1nico cada vez que alguien acciona el interruptor.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bronce fosforoso:<\/strong> Nuestro est\u00e1ndar para terminales y contactos. Conduce bien, tiene buenas propiedades el\u00e1sticas y resiste la corrosi\u00f3n. No utilizamos lat\u00f3n liso para los contactos de carga, ya que pierde tensi\u00f3n con el tiempo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aleaci\u00f3n de plata:<\/strong> Se utiliza para los contactos de conmutaci\u00f3n propiamente dichos. El \u00f3xido de plata-cadmio (AgCdO) es el tradicional. El \u00f3xido de plata-esta\u00f1o (AgSnO\u2082) es la alternativa m\u00e1s reciente y respetuosa con el medio ambiente. Ambos ofrecen una supresi\u00f3n del arco fiable durante m\u00e1s de 20000 ciclos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>De lat\u00f3n:<\/strong> Est\u00e1 bien para clavijas de enchufe y contactos de tierra, pero no para superficies de conmutaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>La ignifugaci\u00f3n importa m\u00e1s de lo que cree<\/h2>\n<p>Los incendios el\u00e9ctricos son poco frecuentes pero devastadores. Estos materiales cuestan m\u00e1s, pero se traducen directamente en una vida \u00fatil m\u00e1s larga, un mejor manejo del calor y menos devoluciones. Al evaluar un <a href=\"https:\/\/mordio.com\/es\/\">Proveedor OEM<\/a>, Pide la hoja de especificaciones del material y comprueba esos detalles.<\/p>\n<p>Si quiere comprobar por s\u00ed mismo la diferencia de material, solic\u00edtenos muestras junto a las de un proveedor econ\u00f3mico. P\u00e1selas una al lado de la otra cientos de veces.
